To design and build your custom dream home we use a simple 3 step process:
Step 1 - Design
We do all of the design in-house. This means that you do not pay expensive consulting fees to outside architects and engineers. We work very closely with you to understand and design a house with all the features that you wish and we will happily guide you in the process and bring answers and solutions to any design challenges that you present to us. You will chose all the details and materials to be used for your home through carefully guided steps during the design process. You will have a full understanding of how the entire house will be built and what will go into it from the ground up. With other companies you have to work separately with architects and builders and end up dealing with surprise conflicts between what should be built and what can be built, not to mention surprise costs. With our company you do not have to worry about that. You are working directly with the builder who knows exactly what can be built and how and who knows in advance the costs involved. We work very hard and carry years of experience to ensure that your dream home is indeed a dream home.
Step 2 - Bid
Once the design with all the detailed specifications is created, we start the subcontractor bidding process and acquire all of the cost information. At this point we know the full current and accurate cost of the project. Our customers know exactly how much the house will cost and can make specific financial arrangements to make their dream home come true. We also provide ongoing flexibility to our customers to change certain specifications or make adjustments as the project moves along, so there is no buyer's remorse at the end of the project. We strive hard to develop and open and trusting relationship with our customers through excellent communication.
Step 3 - Build
After all the engineering and permitting stages are completed, the construction process usually lasts from 6 to 12 or more months depending on scale of the house and complexity of the specifications. During the construction period we have meetings with you on the jobsite during each stage of the building to ensure that you understand and see the construction progress. We want you to see exactly what's going into your house, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with what is being built and with the choices that you've made.
