Meet The Builder
Minja Netchiounas is a State Certified General Contractor CG C056-772 license to build in the State of Florida. He is the president and owner of MSN Homes, LLC.
Minja Netchiounas has been in the construction business since 1975, when he graduated with his Master's Degree in Urban Construction and Design. His extensive experience and career in the construction business span major multimillion dollar commercial and industrial projects, city planning, and countless family residences.
He has been designing and building custom family homes on the beautiful coast of Southwest Florida since 1994. He is a contractor who is not only highly experienced in every single aspect of the construction business, but someone who is passionate about his work.

Our house was completed in June 2006 and we are very happy with it. We spent a year in Germany and before we left the states in the fall of 2004, we contracted with Minja for our house. We spent a lot of hours with Minja detailing exactly what we wanted, as well as with the vendors that supplied our house.
Permits were received and our house was started while we were in Germany and Minja kept us updated on what was happening both with email and pictures. Any questions or comments were answered quickly and we felt almost as if we were there.
When we returned to Florida we were at the work site regularly while Minja still kept us updated because we were living in Tampa. Our house is what we wanted and it all come together with Minja's expertise and attention to detail.
Our house is unique in many ways, from the Ytong block on the exterior and interior walls to the metal roof and porcelain tile floors. We have the lowest electric bills of all of our neighbors and our house is not a cookie cutter version of others.
We don't plan on leaving this house, but if we did and stayed in the area, we would have Minja build another home for us.
